Common pricing questions
Is there a free tier?
No. The €10 Day Pass gives a full day of the higher tier access so you can try the endpoint and dashboard. Cancel before the next cycle if you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use the billing portal in the dashboard. Access keeps running until the end of the period you paid for. Your usage history stays.
Is it a subscription?
Yes. Plans renew on their own schedule until you cancel. Day every 24 hours, Week every seven days, Max and Ultimate monthly. You can cancel in the billing portal at any time.
Why is it so cheap compared to the API?
Accounts are shared across many users. This reduces the effective per-token cost, as usage is not constant at peak capacity for all customers simultaneously.
Can I get a refund?
Once access starts, prepaid time and credits are not refunded. Unused purchases may be considered case by case under the Refund Policy.
Do you offer team plans?
Not at this time. Each account is provided with a single API key. Shared team billing and administrative controls are planned for a future release.
